Phoenix and the Worm
In the previous chapter, we learned that The Lake of Fire is the same as The Valley of the Son of Hinnom, where Children were sacrificed.
We also learned that The Lake of Fire (also called the Second Death), is not the end of the story as so many Church Leaders would like us to believe.
In fact, we found evidence that the Lake of Fire represents Reincarnation.
In addition, Scripture has revealed that the Lake of Fire has an unofficial name... Phoenix.
Oh but there is more... much more.
For some reason, God keeps showing us Sacred Cow/Bull symbolism in Scripture.
They seem to be tied to the Lake of Fire and the concept of the Phoenix and Rebirth.
In order to get to the bottom of these Mysteries, we will continue our in-
First, let's look a little closer at the Phoenix and its relationship to the Word of God...
"In Greek mythology, a phoenix or phenix is a long-
"Associated with the sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor"
"According to some sources, the phoenix dies in a show of flames and combustion, although there are other sources that claim that the legendary bird dies and simply decomposes before being born again"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phoenix_(mythology)
Many of you no doubt have heard of the Phoenix and are familiar with its legends...
Here are some highlights from Wikipedia as to the meaning of the Phoenix:
The Sun
Time
The Empire
Metempsychosis
Consecration
Resurrection
Life in the Heavenly Paradise
Christ
Mary
Virginity
The Exceptional Man
Certain Aspects of Christian Life
That's quite a list!
However, we aren't settling for the average explanation as to what this Symbol means and how the myth came into being.
In the previous chapter, the Word of God revealed to us that the Mystery of the name 'Phoenix' was ultimately connected to Resurrection, Palm Branches, Lakes and Havens.
Note that almost every use of the word 'Lake' in the KJV involves disastrous fates...
Luke 8:33
"Then went the devils out of the man, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake, and were choked"
In this chapter, we will let the Word of God reveal what the color of the Phoenix represents.
When we look at typical physical descriptions of the Phoenix, we find that its color ranges from Crimson to Scarlet to even Purple in color.
"Scarlet is also often associated with immorality and sin, particularly prostitution or adultery, largely because of a passage referring to "The Great Harlot", "dressed in purple and scarlet", in the Bible (Revelation 17: 1-
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scarlet_(color)
Of course we can add the color of Fire to that list as well.
Let's look at the colors Crimson and Scarlet...
Isaiah 1:18
"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool"
Greek Word: Scarlet
Strong's 8144: Shani
Definition: Scarlet
Greek Word: Crimson
Strong's 8438: Tola
Definition: Worm, Scarlet Stuff
Interesting!
Not only does Scripture tie the colors Crimson and Scarlet to Sin, the words themselves are actually derived from the name of a Worm!
The modern term for this Tola Worm is Kermes Ilicis, formerly known as Coccus Ilicis...
"Kermes is a genus of scale insects in the order Hemiptera. They feed on the sap of evergreen oaks; the females produce a red dye, also called "kermes", that is the source of natural crimson"
"The word "kermes" is derived from Arabic/Persian qirmiz, which means "red" or "crimson" (probably via Middle Persian, from (ultimately) Sanskrit krmi-
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kermes_(insect)
The New Testament Greek word for Scarlet can also be tied to the Tola Worm...
Revelation 17:4
"And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication"
Greek Word: Scarlet
Strong's 2847: Kokkinos
Definition: Crimson, Scarlet, Dyed with Kermes (Coccum), the Female Coccus of the Kermes Oak
In our Tabernacle study, we discovered that the Worm/Serpent is the Biblical term for RNA and DNA.
And sometimes the Worm 'eats the Dust of the Earth'.
What is the Dust of the Earth?
Genesis 3:19
"In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return"
That's right. Dust isn't really 'dirt' in the sense that we know it today.
Dust is the remains of people... in other words RNA and DNA...
Thus, a Worm 'eating dust' is a picture of a strand of RNA.
So is there a connection between Scarlet/Crimson and actual Worms?
Indeed!
The Tola Worm is the exact same word used to describe Jesus on the Cross/Chromosome...
Tola is even used to describe a 'Worm That Dieth Not'…
Isaiah 66:24
"And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh"
The 'Worm That Dieth Not' is thus a reference to our Strands of RNA/DNA that are basically the 'immortal' part of us that never dies...
What a sobering thought that is!
Isaiah even ties the Scarlet/Tola/Sin Worm to a 'fire that is never quenched'… i.e. The Lake of Fire!
We now have a Biblical Worm/Phoenix connection.
Sometimes the Worm is like a branch plucked out of the Fire...
Amos 4:11-
"I have overthrown some of you, as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye were as a firebrand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD"
"Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel"
Who is Israel again?
Isaiah 41:14
"Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel"
Israel is a Worm!
Armed with the Revelation that the Phoenix is tied to a Scarlet Worm in the Bible, we can now search for this in Legends...
Found it!
"This is the myth of the phoenix, where from its corpse a worm emerges from the ashes of the dying bird"
"The next day from this worm after being nourished by the juices of the dead bird, a new phoenix is born, and on the third day flies away to Arabia"

Yes, it would seem that legends of the Phoenix are replete with Worm associations.
Guess what other symbolism is connected to the Phoenix?
The "Pelican in Her Piety" shows a Pelican pecking Her breasts in order to draw Blood to feed her young.
"The pelican came to symbolise the Passion of Jesus and the Eucharist, and usurped the image of the lamb and the flag"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pelican
Blood is Crimson in color. Could this Pelican represent the Phoenix and the Blood the Worms?
Some legends have the Pelican killing it's Young, only to revive them three days later by the Blood.
Why is this worth noting?
According to some sources, when the Tola Worm knows it's about to die, it attaches itself to a Tree...
Acts 5:30
"The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree"
The Tola Worm then lay its eggs and shelters them under Her body.
As the Mother dies, Crimson fluid stains Her body and the surrounding wood...
Colossians 1:20
"And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven"
The Young feed on the Flesh of th Mother...
John 6:51
"I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world"
After three days, the Young rise out into the world...
John 2:19
"Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up"
The dead Mother then turns into white ashes that fall to the ground like snow...
Isaiah 1:18
"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool"
Finally, the Worm is used to make medicines and to prepare the Red Heifer...
"Because the state of ritual purity obtained through the ashes of a Red Heifer is a necessary prerequisite for participating in Temple service, efforts have been made in modern times by Jews wishing for biblical ritual purity (see tumah and taharah) and in anticipation of the building of The Third Temple to locate a red heifer and recreate the ritual"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_heifer
Wait a minute...
Red Heifer?
As in Sacred Cow?!??
In order to REBUILD THE TEMPLE?!?!?!
John 2:20-
"Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?"
"But he spake of the temple of his body"
Forty Six?!??
Temple Body?!!?!?
To be continued.
