Chapter-17: Brazen Altar and Laver
There are 23,000 Levite Priests tending the Tabernacle.
There's that number again... "23".
Numbers 18:23
“But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they shall bear their iniquity: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations, that among the children of Israel they have no inheritance”
Numbers 26:62
“All the male Levites a month old or more numbered 23,000. They were not counted along with the other Israelites because they received no inheritance among them”
Note that Moses and Aaron were Levites. They were also brothers... an interesting link to genetics.
It’s now time to examine our first item.
The Brazen Altar...
This is to also illustrate that Cells need food in order to survive. In other words, in order for us to live, something must die. Note that it is the ‘Blood’ that is the ‘Life’.
The Blood of Jesus is the Life…
Hebrews 10:19
“Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus”
Thus the deeper meaning of this sacrifice is to illustrate that we may have eternal life through the Blood of Jesus or rather his DNA Upgrade Plan.
Don’t forget... the Mother and Father "sacrifice" 23 Chromosomes each to birth a new child. Beautiful.
The Brazen Altar has Ox Horns on each corner. Note that Hathor was an Ox God that later became Isis… who still retains the Ox Horns.
It's filled with burning coals... kind of like Phosphorus and Sulfur (Fire and Brimstone).
I wonder why blood is smeared on the horns?
Next is the Laver...
DNA is surrounded by water. We are birthed from the waters of our mother's womb.
Also... being "Born Again" is represented here.
This is an easy one. Water is generally necessary for life… and it washes us.
